Migration of core asset registries, trademark documents, and legal structure specifications away from operating repositories into the centralized holdings portal.

Deliverables

Establish centralized 'shan.holdings' codebase & static registry.

Extract brand guidelines, asset strategies, and trademark contracts.

Verify group-wide alignment of loyalty status keys (Voyager, Navigator, Sovereign).

PHASE 2: TENANCY & API SEPARATION (YEAR 3-4)

Franchise Tenant Verification API

Separation of database models. The operating OTA (Trip.express) and loyalty portal (SHAN Club) query centralized holdings endpoints to verify active HMA licenses.

Deliverables

Deploy read-only Tenant Registry API on SHAN parent server.

Implement token validation endpoint supporting UID.one authentication.

Setup active radius checking for geography preservation rules (e.g. Da Nang HMA).

PHASE 3: CONSOLIDATED TREASURY & SWEEPS (YEAR 5-10)

Federated Loyalty & Transaction sweeps

Deploying general ledgers and dynamic transaction sweeps. Daily surplus revenues at the booking engine are swept automatically into liquid asset trust yields.

Deliverables

Develop B2B vector-based general ledgers at the holding level.

Launch sweep engine routing inter-company reserves to yield custody.

Cryptographic membership verification using ZK passport claims.
