1. Intellectual Property Protection
All text, code structures, graphical assets, wordmarks, and logos under the SHAN brand (including SHAN Premier, SHAN Sanctuary, and SHAN Residences) are the exclusive intellectual property of SHAN Holdings Pte. Ltd.
Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of these trademarks by partner tenants or third-party developers is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the group's licensing agreement.
2. Franchise & Tenant Licensing Rules
Hotel operators and local developer entities are bound by individual Hotel Management Agreements (HMA). All licensed properties must resolve operational availability and pricing telemetry queries to the centralized SHAN Holdings APIs, maintaining the strict compliance guidelines established for co-branded operations.
3. Dispute Resolution & Singapore Arbitration
These Terms of Association are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force.
